Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter, melted
  • Fresh celery sticks and vegan ranch dressing for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
