Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) hearts of palm, drained and shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (use gluten-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
