Ingredients:
- 1 can young green jackfruit in water, drained and shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Tortillas
- Fresh salsa
