- 1 block firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 1 cup spinach, kale, or other leafy greens, chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1/4 tsp black salt (kala namak) for eggy flavor (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Tofu: Drain the tofu and crumble it into small pieces using your hands or a fork.
- Cook the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add the minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
